About the event
This is a interactive training course where you will learn to place bandages and tourniquets with one hand. What to do with multiple injuries? Help others not trained to help you by talking them through life saving steps. You can train in defense all you want, but if you do not train to take care of yourself after a defensive situation, you can still lose.
